ShopLocal Policy
Our ShopLocal service allows customers to browse online and collect items directly from participating local stores. Availability depends on local inventory and may vary by location.
Orders selected for ShopLocal pickup are usually ready within 1–3 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is prepared and available.
A valid ID proving you are 18 or older is required when collecting alcoholic products. Items not collected within 48 hours may be returned to stock and refunded.
Pricing and promotions may differ between online and local store offerings.
