Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your wine and spirits quickly, safely, and with minimal hassle. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but usually range from 2–7 business days.
Someone aged 18 or older must be present to receive the order and provide valid ID upon request. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a redelivery attempt may be scheduled.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, distance, and promotional eligibility.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.
